Catering Menu

A La Carte — Full-Size Trays

Each full-size tray feeds approximately 35–40 people.

Prime Brisket $500

Smoked low and slow — the house signature, by the tray.

Pulled Pork $300

Pork shoulder smoked overnight on real wood — crusted bark, juicy inside, hand-pulled.

Pulled Chicken $300

Whole chickens dry-rubbed and smoked until they pull clean off the bone.

Pork Belly Bites $400

Slow-smoked, sweet & sticky — they melt in your mouth.

Smoked Fried Chicken Wings $150

BBQ or our award-winning Habanero Jerk. Approximately 100 wings per tray.

Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage $10 / LINK

Custom links (approx. ½ lb each) made in partnership with Borrelli's of Methuen.

Ribs

Original BBQ glaze · each rack runs approximately 10–12 bones

Ribs — Full Rack $36 / RACK

If you're serving ribs alongside other meats, we recommend planning for 1–2 ribs per guest.

Cut Into Individual Bones $45 / RACK

Large quantities of ribs will be cut into individual bones at your request — racks are $45 for this option.

How You Get the Food

Pick-Up, Delivery, or Full-Service

Pick-Up

Free pick-up. We'll confirm the pick-up location when your order is booked.

Delivery

$200 delivery fee for deliveries within 15 miles. Deliveries outside that radius are quoted individually.

Full-Service Catering

Packages begin at $1,500 — or $2,000 with the food truck on site. 30-day lead time required.
